Established in March 2012, Shenyang Hengsheng Biological Technology Development Company Co.,Ltd is a modernized high-tech Sino-foreign joint venture dedicated in farming with the integration of the edible fungus cultivation, technology research  and  development as well as the production. The company has been awarded with 2 national certificates of the "Organic food certification"  and  "Green food certification",  and  at the same time, was elected as the president company of the " Edible Fungus Association of Kangping, Shenyang", Vice president company of the "Edible Fungus Association of Liaoning province", Vice president company of the " Edible Fungus Circulation Association of Liaoning province”,  and  the director company of the “Liaoning Microorganisms Association”; it has also founded the" Kangping Hengxing Professional Cooperative of Edible Fungus Demonstration Plantation ".

There are 3 categories of edible fungus currently in the Company, namely the flammulina velutipes (ENOKI), lentinus edodes,  and  pholiota nameko; with the development of company, the fungus categories will be gradually increased. At present, four marketing brands have been launched for the flammulina velutipes to meet the different needs of the market; the brands are “Yu Yong Shan Zhen”, “Gu Gu Xian”, “He Xian Gu”  and  “Qiao Gu Liang”.  The daily production capacity of the ENOKI(flammulina velutipes) could reach more than 60 tons, which enables the company to be the edible fungus plantation base in the northeast China with the largest daily output.

Via the form of "company + cooperative + peasant household", the company organizes  and  motivates the surrounding farmers to plant the edible fungus, so as to let farmers to achieve the maximum economic benefits with the smallest input,  and  realize the common prosperity.

The total investment of the project is expected of 120 million RMB and  the coverage of the project is about 41112 square meters with a total construction area of 28600 square meters which includes a building area of 21905 square meters, office building  and  other supporting building area of 6000 square meters. 632 sets of main production equipment are purchased as well as some auxiliary production equipment, such as mushroom racks  and  cultivation bottles.
