Characteristics of our biomass fuel

A. Large calorific power. The general heat value  is about from 3900~4800 kcal/kg, and after carbonization, the heat value could reach 7000~8000 kcal/kg.

B. High purity. There is no waste material  not generating heat being mixed in the biomass fuel. The carbon contains of biomass particle  is about 75-85%, ash percentage is 3-6% and the water percentage is 1-3%; there is definitely no waste such as coal gangue and stone which not only could not generate heat but also consume some heat. This characteristic of high purity could enable user to reduce its fuel cost directly.

C. No contain of sulfur and phosphorus. It won’t contaminate the atmosphere and pollute the environment, since no corrosion occurs,the boiler life time can be extremely prolonged.

D. It is clean and hygienic, easy to be filled into the boiler, so as to reduce the operator working intensity by immensely improving the working conditions and enable the company to reduce the labor costs.

E. Limited lime-ash is left after burning, as a result, there is no need to reserve spacious coal ash storage and at the same time reduce the cost on evacuating the ash.
