    Shenyang Hengxing Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2013  and  located in Zheng An Qian Road, Chaoyang Economic Development Zone, Kang Ping County, Shenyang; it is the first factory-scale shitake flower mushroom research  and  production base in the Northeast area, with a registered capital of 11 million RMB, covering an area of about 120 mu (1 mu =0.0667 hectares). Currently it has two product processing lines  and  the daily production capacity is up to 5 tons. The main marketing areas are Shenyang  and  its surrounding cities  and  regions, such as Liaoyang, Faku, Anshan  and  etc.

  • PRODUCTION PROCESS

    Exquisite skills,outstanding process

    First step: material preparation  and  mixing agitation

    Make use of the natural materials as the cultivating substance. The main components are: sawdust, wheat bran, gypsum, mushroom cultivating supplement etc. to be mixed with suitable amount of water in accordance with a certain proportion. 

    Second step: putting into bags

    After mixing with water, adjust the pH to the optimum value. Put the cultivating culture in to the high-density low-pressure polyethylene plastic bag first,  and  then put it into the polyethylene bag again as the second layer.

    Third step: sterilization

    After being put into the bags, normal pressure sterilization will be adopted for the bagged cultivating culture.

    Forth step: cooling

    After the sterilization, use the natural cooling approach to bring down the culture temperature to the temperature suitable for inoculation the fungus.

    Fifth step: inoculation

    Transfer the bags filled with cultivating substance to the inoculation room to conduct inoculation.

    Sixth step: fungus cultivation

    After inoculation, transfer the cultivation bags to the cultivation room; adjust the temperature  and  the humidity of the room for better cultivation.

    Seventh step: color changing management

    After the bags being fully covered with mycelium  and  a large number of  lumped-pieces appear, the fungus gets into the color changing phase known as second maturation.

    Eighth step: mushroom formation management

    By the end of the color changing phase, store the fungus bags on the racks,  and  start the mushroom formation management.

    Ninth step: harvest

    When the fungus inner covering membranes start to break or some are already broken, it is time to harvest.

     

    Tenth step: packaging  and  sales

    Product types: dried  and  fresh mushroom

    Shitake mushroom, also called "scented champignon" in chinese, is the star of fungus. It is also known as the "delicacy from mountain"  and  famous for its big  and  thick mushroom head  internationally. According to the chinese "Compendium of Materia Medica" records, flower shitake mushroom is with tender nature, sweet taste  and  good for spleen  and  stomach as well as the vital energy (called Qi in Chinese traditional medicine). According to the chemical analysis, its content of amino acids is 3 to 4 times higher than the ordinary mushroom. And due to the shitake flower mushroom cap  and  the overall growth rate is slower than normal shitake mushrooms, so it tastes more delicate  and  aromatic

    Shitake flower mushroom is rich in protein  and  amino acids, fat, crude fiber  and  vitamins 1, B2, C, niacin, calcium, phosphorus, iron  and  so on. Especially the amino acid content is very high in it.
