Its main products are corn cob granules, bio-fodder  and  organic fertilizer.

By making use of the renewable resources, such as the crop waste - corn cobs  and  stalks to do reprocessing, the product can be used as the substrate raw materials of edible fungus,  and  be used as a new type of environmentally friendly fuel as well;  and  also after further processing, those crop wastes could be made into the bio-organic fertilizer  and  return back to the farmland. Corn cob granule/edible fungus cultivation culture 1-6 mm: (30kg/bag, size: 20-40-60cm), compression packing

Corn cob powder: 20 mesh-40 mesh 60 mesh 80 mesh-100: This product contains 5.7% crude protein  and  3.7% crude fiber. Its specific gravity is 0.3 to 0.5,  and  the adsorption force is of 50% -75%. It can be used as the fodder premix,  and  due to its strong adsorption ability, it also can be used as a nutritious carrier for some veterinary additives, such as methionine, lysine protein powder, flavoring agents, maduramicin, choline chloride  and  so on. At the same time, it is also one of the main raw materials for the fermentation of the washed mycophenolate of the biological products.  

Corn stock compacted fodder

(a). Corn stock expanded compacted fodder is a ruminant feed product  and  mainly made from crops. It can be the fodder for cattle, sheep, deer, goose  and  other livestock after being crushed, dusted, high temperature sterilized  and  curing compaction; the high temperature is able to kill the bacteria microbes  and  volatilize the big amount of the toxic elements, such as alkali, potassium  and  phenols, being contained in the chemical fertilizers  and  pesticides.  When being fed to the animals, it won’t cause any damages to their stomach mucous membrane  and  is easily absorbed with fast weight gaining effect  and  no disease attack. This expanded compacted fodder is a natural purified animal feed.

(b) Main ingredients:Product water content ≤14 %  coarse fiber ≤35.5%  crude protein ≥3.5%  crude fat ≥0.6%  calcium≥0.35%  product density 0.9~1.1g/cm³

(c). This fodder has a long preservation life. As long as being kept with no direct contact with the moist  and  good ventilation, it could be stored for three years. When being used to fed, mix the fodder with water first, the mixing proportion between fodder  and  water is 1:3, then after 3 minutes, the fodder would be expanded  and  ready to be fed. This fodder has been greatly improved on the gelatinization degree of the raw materials (could reach 85% - 90%);  and  the digestibility  and  the conversion rate are also increased significantly. It better maintains the various nutrients without any loss,  and  effectively kills the salmonella  and  other harmful bacteria; The corn stocks are added in a large proportion, as a result, a variety of high-quality full-price corn stock pellet fodders could be produced (e.g. suckling pig fodder, baby pig fodder, middle-sized pig fodder, big pig fodder, sow fodder, boar fodder, chicken fodder, meat chicken fodder, hen fodder, duck fodder, cow fodder, beef cattle fodder, rabbit fodder, sheep fodder  and  fodder for herring, grass carp, carp, crucian  and  other fish) with high quality, being nutritious  and  palatable; the grain appearance is smooth  and  the size could be adjusted between 1.8mm ~ 12mm.
